  1. Thanks. Just posted on official board. If some of you are having this issue, please check there as a solution may hopefully appear.
  2. Where is official forum board, grmy2h? Thanks.
  3. Very perplexing that some work great and others don't (i.e. me). I did get a lot work done yesterday but it started happening in the evening. I get the following error from the server's event logger. Anyone else? 4. Has anyone solved this issue? I am getting this same error on the latest 12.6 update. I tried disabling antivirus temporarily, restarting, reinstalling, reverting back to 12.5, etc. Nothing has worked. Server is running Windows SBS 2011, and workstations are all running Windows 7. All machines meet spec. Thanks.
  5. UPDATE: I meant 12.6 in subject, not 12.7! Sorry. Hello All, I recently upgraded our network installed 2012 ATX program to 12.6 (downloaded update via Support site, not within program). I notice the memory usage has gone down. Kudos. However, I am at a point where after I open up the program and start typing in a SSN number, the program unexpectedly closes due to an error. Does anyone else have this issue? Thanks.
