  1. I am having the same issues with a California S Corporation client. The customer service number is taking way over an hour and they still have not picked up the phone. I tried just deleting the Schedule B/C to work around without success. I am not happy with my switch to ATX this year and I sent an email directly to the sales rep.
  2. Their is no excuse to be at the start of tax season and having a tax software being this slow.

    Soooo slow

    My office converted from Taxworks to ATX and so far I am extremely disappointed with this software. It is extremely slow and now I am having to review double the time because I have zero trust that it is calculating everything correctly. I hope they fix this soon.
