At the workstation, I open the program from the link (set up by running netsetup) and cannot see any rolled over returns. It is connecting to the s drive, I can see 2011 returns on server, but no rolled over returns. Return manager is empty. So you are not alone MAS.

Every update brings new hope that I will be able to get access from a workstation, and every time I am disappointed. I set up correctly, drive goes to correct spot in program files, I can see 2011 files, but I cannot see rolled over returns. Just no files there. Master computer (we are peer to peer, Win7 to XP) has already completed 200 returns so don't want to do anything to jeopardize that fragile amount of success. This is seriously ridiculous.

Our office is having same trouble. Workstation can see the program but cannot see database- rolled over returns. We have had techs out 4 times- everything is set up correctly- followed instructions in manual for netsetup. Computer with data on it is running win7, workstation has xp if that has any relevance. Has anyone found a resolution to this problem? Time is getting critical as we all know.
