Jack from Ohio..i have restarted several times and still the same problem. I have only microsoft essentials running on the computer. i have never seen this before until after i changed my router. How can i further troubleshoot this. one thing i noticed is that i lose my internet connection every time i try to start the aplication.

After changing my router from verizon fios, i now try to load ATX 2015 and get error message could not open transactional storage with the status of some processes. Has anyone else had this issue.

really need to get this working. it worked fine for me last year and then i tried to load one day and started to get the errors so i did a re-install and still get the same errors. my worry is that some windows files got corrupted and wont work with the application anymore which would lead me to think that the only way to fix this would be to re-format my pc which I do not want to do. this shouldnt be so difficult.

how else are you supposed to install other than inserting the CD and following the prompts? Pretty standard installation process. Is there a different method to installing?

How can i learn to live with it. I just completely uninstalled and re-installed and get the same errors. The application crashes and there are two errors in the event viewer. I cant even get into the app. I desparately need help with this. Has anyone been able to resolve this issue. I am getting this error in event viewer but my ATX program is installed locally.
