A client got a check and lost it and just found it again, he doesn't recall if it has an expiration on it and from what I have googled, I can't get an accurate answers because some information I have found says 90 days others 1 year, what is it? When do the IRS checks expire?

Hi everyone, Can someone shed some light regarding the totalization agreements. I have a foreign teacher who is here in the USA from Spain on a J1 visa. He has requested the Certificate of Coverage from the social security agency from Spain and is waiting for that. But now, 2013 he already paid in and everything, will he get the money that he already paid in back or how does that work? Thank you.

Hello everyone, I used ATX 2011 and 2012. I am also using it now in 2013, I actually had to buy a new computer because my old computer did not meet the 2013 system requirements. I exported 2012 to a removable disk to import to 2013 and I am getting a error message "Export file was created by a different program version and cannot be imported", someone please help me! How do I get all my previous returns in 2013??? THANK YOU!
