My Dell Latitude E5520 laptop just shuts down whenever I start ATX 2013. I can see it happening in my process monitor. As soon as the memory usage gets to about 300MB, the laptop just powers down. Sometimes the program opens, but as soon as I open a 1040, it shuts down.
I have plenty of RAM (4GB), plenty of disc space (300+GB). I have swapped out memory chips, heat sync, fan and the problem persists.
It was working just fine until last week. No other new software has been added and I do not recall anyother item that would have changed my configuration. Any suggestions?
