I literally spent the last few hours, messing around with this in the software too... On the 8995 input, activities tab (mine also had a Sch F)...scroll all the way to the right, to input payments from cooperative(1099PATR box 7)...this will make form 8995-A form populate. Go to line 38 (of 8995-A - page 2, part IV), and enter your 1099PATR box 6 (from the letter from the coop). Line 39 of 8995-A will flow thru to Form 1040, line 13.
