How do you check to see what forms are included in a created e-file? thanks

I spoke to a ATX rep. and was told that ATX users traditionally are slow to renew and that the other software that was gobbled up at the same time renewed at a much faster rate. I told her that I was not impressed as I renewed for at least one more year.

Gambling income from the State of Louisiana from one of the Indian Casinos is this reportable and taxable to the State? They do not withhold the state tax that other casinos withhold? TP is a non resident thanks

I have never completed a loss carry back. I have two that I thought might help. Both had Tax liabilitites in 2005 but large business losses in 2006. When I go back to 2004 no help with these years. In 2005 where I attempted to reduce the Liabilites they get hit with AMT that it only makes a couple of hundred dollars difference. Does this sound typical or am I doing somthing wrong? (over 100,000 loss for each. the 2006 has been filed for one. Can i change the election to forgo the Carry back and just go forward? I asked similar question yesterday but couldn't find the post sorry if duplicated. thanks in advance

Thank's to those that have created this forum. I did not post much on the "offical ATX forum" but I read alot and learned alot. I was very upset when it was dropped in April. About 2 days after dropping I really need some help and couldn't use the best resource I had. I contacted ATX but was told nothing but corporate bs. I was informed about this board yesterday and became very excited and feeling much better. I will help financially if needed because this truly is a great resource. thanks again to those who have worked hard to get this done barosser east texas :D
