My atx support site admin login has been locked out and will not allow me to reset my password. When i get to the part where you input the email address associated with the account,, it says that the password cannot be reset and that I must call customer service, which has an hour estimated hold time! I have left my number for a call back, but this is an extreme hassle!
Anyone else encounter this issue? Why would it not let me reset my password the same way as before?
