Taxman, I checked always display list of forms on forms statement and checked by forms/schedule total charges for form and schedule. I can get the listing of the forms on the forms schedule; however, I do not/ can not get the total billing by form to display the total. What am I doing wrong. I had no trouble in the 2009 returns. Also, how can I hget a list of the forms in a return and the charge for each form? I would appreciat some help with this issue.

Can you explain the prcedure to get the infrmation in the correct format when you have saved the excel file as csv? I would like to use this method but I am not aware of how to do it.

I am having trouble trying to connect to the ATX knowledgebase, my account, and the download center. I can download forms and updates from within my MAX program but not access from the website. Are otherts having this problem or is it something in my computer? I tried turning off my firewall, I recently went with comcast and I now have MacAfee, and I still cannot access the ATX site, other than the sales page. I used to be able to access my account and see all of my transactions with ATX. Any comments or suggestions. John
