  1. Is there anyone else out there being charged per e-file by ATX after having purchased unlimited e-file? What a bunch of crooks this new management... horrible non-existent customer service (have called several times with no luck). First is the $10 they steal for any bank products including RACs now the efile...
  2. 11-Jan i created an e-file and submitted it.. it only read "Validated by EFC". Kept checking over the weekend, call customer support several times and they said the return was not in my inbox but somehow when they logged in "their" system it appeared. Well after long hours/days of trying the Efile status under "My ATX" and "receive Ackn.." under the software i finally decided to copy the return and re-transmitted it.. guess what the second return was accepted by the IRS right away but now i'm stuck trying to delete the original.. any thoughts on how to delete?

Wow don't know where to start.. i've had to figure out solutions on my own.. calls get disconnected, customer support nice people but totally clueless.. it's like the picked up these clerks from the street and put them to answer the phones. When i call is cause i've exhausted all other means including the wonderful "knowledge database"... last thing i want is to be on the phone 1hr and then no solution.. these guys don't even answer emails :angry:
  4. Re-check the "EIC" requirements... think it requires a "valid SS"
