I just sent $25 -- hope it helps a little. I wish I would have found you all 2 weeks ago!!! :)

I guess mine was sent by Pony Express to Nebraska -- the sales rep said they were shipped on the 15th and I still don't have any books.
<sigh>
One battle at a time I guess. Think I'll go back to The Tax Book next year.

I just e-filed all my 940's and 941's .
Now I see that they have moved back the e-filing of 1065's and 1120's to the 30th instead of the 25th. Nice. :rolleyes:

Mike, I've also "mentioned" to them that I am going to be looking at other options in May, 2008.
It's funny how "ready" they are to accept our renewals. Not sure the early renewal discounts are worth the paper they are printed on. Take the money and run.

I've got 6 incident numbers regarding this very issue {from the lowly Customer service Rep to the Asst Mgr, Mary -- who said she would say hi to William!}
It was posted to ATX today:
updated 1-24-08--940, 941, and 944 --We were approved for efile of these forms this morning. You can continue to send these e-files to us currently; however we cannot transmit these for 24 hours (Friday morning).But the 940/941 EF Info is STILL not available. I'd like to know how we can continue to send the e-files to them without the form?
I could teach Frustration 101 this week. I'm done with all my quarterlies & annuals except for this wee little problem. I guess I don't understand WHY ATX is just NOW getting approved for efiling of these forms? It has gone smoothly all the other quarters.
<sigh>
Back to hitting the UPDATE button in the software.

Here's another preparer looking very strongly at another software option for 2008. It's unfortunate that ATX Customer Service took a spiral downward -- I like the software. Always have since they were Saber and had limited forms.
But the late availability of the 940/941 E-file was just unacceptable in my book. Shouldn't they have been approved for e-filing long before January 24th? I would think so.
