Chrisbry Posted January 24, 2008 Report Share Posted January 24, 2008 I've got 6 incident numbers regarding this very issue {from the lowly Customer service Rep to the Asst Mgr, Mary -- who said she would say hi to William!} It was posted to ATX today: updated 1-24-08--940, 941, and 944 --We were approved for efile of these forms this morning. You can continue to send these e-files to us currently; however we cannot transmit these for 24 hours (Friday morning). But the 940/941 EF Info is STILL not available. I'd like to know how we can continue to send the e-files to them without the form? I could teach Frustration 101 this week. I'm done with all my quarterlies & annuals except for this wee little problem. I guess I don't understand WHY ATX is just NOW getting approved for efiling of these forms? John H once you start using the efile payroll returns I think you will like it. It is fast and easy, and you get a confirmation of receipt right away (ie ACK).
