I see that ATX has this Form 982 updated (Approved) as of Yesterday....does this mean we can e-file it now or is IRS still not accepting it? Has anybody heard anything or experienced anything with this form? I have two clients that are waiting on me to e-file (do not want to mail the returns). I am not even sure if IRS is accepting Form 982 yet.
