I get the message that transferor # such and such has a duplicate or vague Tax ID. For multiple entries, enter unique account numbers. Yes, some of my transferors or sellers are the same as they sold several different properties during the year so I typed several 1099-S's - one for each property. Please help. L.S. Posted January 25, 2008 Author Report Share Posted January 25, 2008 Actually, I just put in Acct. numbers for each one - 001, 002, etc. and that worked so I could then create the e-file.
