If it is and you have no idea what it is I would strongly recommend bringing in an experienced CPA in this matter. I had a long time client who grew from a mom/pop shop to a corporation in 10 years. Well once it started doing international business this stuff came into play and frankly it was above my pay grade! I hooked them up with a CPA and I still do their kids tax returns. This stuff is complicated and in a busy tax season you can't afford to do hours and hours of research on Checkpoint if you don't know what this stuff is.
