Robin Posted January 27, 2013 Report Share Posted January 27, 2013 I am testing a 1040, W-2, Sch A , B, 2106, 2441 and when trying to create the e-file using program version 12.4.116.3, I get the message "System errors encountered, update program- Call techinical support". I am trying to avoid calling support. I believe I have the lasted update, as it updates automatically when opening program. Robin Posted January 27, 2013 Author Report Share Posted January 27, 2013 Still can't create an e-file, when I removed all local wage references from W-2, per Kimmie's suggestion on the "blog". I saved return, closed completely out of client, opened up client again & created e-file. Exact same error message comes up.
