We are experiencing internet bandwith challenges and in order to better research the resolution, we are pulling the update from the automatic download. This means that when you click the 'update' button inside the software, you will continue to receive forms updates but not the program update. You could still go to the Solution Center download page and pick up 12.5 manually, but the download speed is very slow right now. You would have a better download experience if you wait until this is resolved. We expect to have this resolved later today. If you are trying to retreive the update at the exact time we pull it from the site, you will receive a time-out or other error. Guest Taxed Posted January 28, 2013 Report Share Posted January 28, 2013 If and when you are able to log in to the server and start to download please select "Save File" instead of "Run".
