Crank
Does anyone have Doug email address? It should end in @trxsoftware.com Thanks
Guest Taxed
Crank, what is the point? He does not respond when you ask for a refund! Probably puts your e-mail address in his spam filter! it is [email protected]
Crank
Thanks Taxed. I have to make a formal refund request for the CC company.
Roberts
[email protected] that IS the email address he gave in a thread early last year. Are you calling the credit card company to make this request? Is that how they do it? How long before you know if a credit will be officially (not temporarily) applied? Crank
At this point I dont know how long it would take. I have to wait a week or for a response from TRX if sooner, to file the dispute against the charge.

Terry D EA
Crank I would follow the instructions of sending back the CD and make sure that I sent it certified with return receipt request so they can't say they didn't get it or you didn't follow proper protocol. I like others, have e-mailed a formal request to Doug and have heard nothing. I think the instructions tell you to send the CD and correspondence to Karen Bills. The instructions are in my post titled TRX Cancellation Policy.

Guest Taxed
I seem to recall that there were a few users (terry, Crank, Kea and others) who were in contact with Doug and were getting responses. Have you folks been able to get a response from him after you complained for a refund?? If not are you now surprised with the about face! I have not received any response and at this point in time I think the only options available are legal and through the State of TN Attorney Generals office for consumer fraud. If you wanted to follow the class action route, the attorney should be licensed in TN because I am sure the venue of any legal action would have to be TN. Most class action suits result is negligible recoveries for the class action plaintiffs. The lawyers get their 1/3 or 50% plus expenses and we get coupons!
