thehoss813 Posted February 7, 2013 Report Share Posted February 7, 2013 Ever since I updated paperplus I get an 'unexpected error' and it won't open. Customer service is a nightmare. Everytime I call them it's a more than 1 hour wait. I hang up after about 2-3 hours. During the tax season I don't have the time to stay on the phone as I am a one man operation.
