mrichman333 Posted February 10, 2013 Report Share Posted February 10, 2013 The IRS website seems to state that 1120S forms could be filed starting 02/04. Has anyone heard differently? I cannot proforma my 1120S clients. NOT that I would use TRX to actually file them but I would like to compare how it does compared to my new software. TRX told me before the 4th that I couldn't proforma because the IRS hadn’t released the forms yet. Wonder what the story would be now. And wouldn’t you know it I just got a call from a 1020S client. Doug said they were not worrying about the business returns due to the IRS delays so no you cannot proforma any business type returns.
