ILLMAS
How can I completely remove ATX2012 from a WIN7 machine? I created a temporary client, removed ATX via uninstall program, rebooted and reinstalled ATX and the darn client appears, this is telling me it wasn't completely removed. Second try, I deleted ATX2012 folder (shift-del), uninstalled it, rebooted, reinstalled and the client reappears. Any suggestions? Thanks MAS
Lee B
On the other board there were serveral posts about using a free third party uninstall software that does a more complete jobthan what you just did. However you need to use it to do the uninstall, not try to use it afterwards. The name is Revo Uninstaller. If you do a search for "uninstaller" on the ATX board, you will find thethread. There are also some posts about the files that need to be deleted to get a clean uninstall.
