When I am creating invoices, and go to the billing manager to adjust the rate that I charge on a particular form within the client file, the ATX program shuts down. HV Ken Posted March 7, 2013 Report Share Posted March 7, 2013 When this happened to me, I noticed that the Bill looked corrupt. Check the bill first - if you see things like #value instead of numbers, delete the bill and bring in a new copy. This stopped those crashes for me. One more thing to check in every return....
