Any returns with the fixed assets (assoc with 4562) can only be opened on the computer that rolled it over. 12.10 was supposed to fix, now 12.11. Delays are costing time and money. What next? [email protected] Posted March 9, 2013 Report Share Posted March 9, 2013 Not sure, but I am sick and tired of losing assets and redoing work..I am so far behind and they do not care...all I ever hear is..we apologize for that..we are sorry, we understand how you feel..it is quicker to delete the return and roll it over than to reenter assets...asset entry is so unstable..Sick of it all.
