grandj48 Posted May 7, 2013 Report Share Posted May 7, 2013 I got my renewal letter and wrote "HA-HA on it best joke of the day" - I wrote them back how were they going to compensate me for the additional costs incurred from faulty software for the 2012 season and that I would not even remotely consider their software without seeing a fully functional 2013 program prior to tax season. It is interesting the letter that came with it said 12.13 was fully functional (another joke) yet they are sending out 12.15 on the demo disk. I am having my attorney draft a request for refund letter to them based on failure to deliver a functional program and support as promised during the tax season.
