The customer comes in to sign it. I don't open the file since it takes too long to open it. Later at night I open the file and input the date signed and create it. This way, it takes too much time. What is the customer signing, if you are not opening the file because it takes too long? Are you pre-printing the forms before the customer arrives to sign?
