cientax Posted February 1, 2008 Report Share Posted February 1, 2008 When I loaded my ATX software I only selected two states. Now I need to select a third state. Does anyone out know how I would go about doing this? I've been on hold with ATX support for at least fifteen minutes and still waiting. You would think there would be a better way. There is a better way... You really don't need the original disc to install... Go to the Update button in the Return Manager... No disc or re-install required It doesn't work that way if you can only select three states. I only selected two when I installed the CD but now I need a third. If I try it your way (which I did) it tells me that I have to PRS the forsm. Thanks for everyone's help I did it the way KEA mentioned and I got it to work.
