Supposedly it is possible to hack them easily. I have seen both pro and cons articles on this subject. For a Christmas gift I got a wireless keyboard and mouse BUT I don't think I will be using it during tax season. I will stuck to my old wired keyboard and mouse! I just purchased the Logitech MK550 for under $50 at Sam's Club, I had it's predecessor for the past five years.
