ILLMAS Posted February 4, 2014 Report Share Posted February 4, 2014 I am currently working on an Indiana individual tax return and I had to enter county they live and work in, and they are being charged a county tax, however there is no withholding for local tax. Should I inquire why the employer is not deducting for the local tax or is it optional and the tax payer pays it at the end of the year?
