Randall Posted February 14, 2014 Report Share Posted February 14, 2014 ATX. I keep getting an Indiana IT-40 return rejected because of 'latest form not updated'. I have updated the forms, the program is 13.3 and still get the rejection notice. Not sure what I'm missing. This is just a guess but are all of your states updating when you update forms or is it possible that you have it checked to only update KY state returns??
