Teri2414 Posted February 8, 2008 Report Share Posted February 8, 2008 Just wanted to let others know that I finally did receive my first FeeCollect deposit today. Called the client and they had their expected refund and my fee was deposited in full. So, whoever I talked to earlier in the season was mistaken or CCH changed their minds. The only other amount taken out was the $15 SBBT charge. I also doublechecked at MyATX billing and there were no charges either. Not sure why it took so long to get the FeeCollect going to start with, but it is working properly now - and at the original stated cost. Hope the info helps someone.
