They emailed me a renewal notice and I mailed it off. $399 plus shipping for renewals. The yearly survey will likely be out late next week. Do OneDesk people do a survey? Terry D EA Posted April 12, 2014 Report Share Posted April 12, 2014 Use the OneDesk folks do the survery and I too am waiting for it to come out. Within the last few days a notice has popped up regaring renewal discounts. I haven't had time to click on the link and check it out. I do plan on renewing as I have had absolutely no problems and this has been a smooth season using OneDesk. There are areas that need some attention and I plan on submitting them after season is over for next year. How did the rest of you do?
