Due to the fact that they had a Tuition credit, Iw as unable to E file until yesterday. this morning, I received a rejection that either the client or the spouse's SS# has been used on another return. I am guessing that there was a typo on another return, leaving me no choice but to have my client send their return in by mail along with a copy of their SS cards.
