cantup Posted February 21, 2008 Report Share Posted February 21, 2008 Taxpayer receives 1099 misc with $14000 on box 7 (Nonemployee compensation) from Financial Institution, that amount was paid because taxpayer couldn't paid her house, taxpayer demand the Institucion and lost the case, so the institucion gave that amount of money thru a lawyer to help her to leave the house.
