Is anyone here having trouble with Massachusetts e-filing? I have had all kinds of returns (Form 1, 355-S, Form 3) out there for a few days and am wondering if Mass. is having e-file trouble. It certainly wouldn't surprise me if they are.

I've had problem with MA acknowledgements since Jan. I still have a bunch that haven't come through yet. I do check them on ATX's website to be sure they were accepted, but I found one today that was rejected a couple of weeks ago and of course did I know? No, not until my client called to see where her refund was.

I had two MA1 that I sent on 2/16 still listed as Validated. Sent several e-mails about it, with just the canned response. This morning one of them came through as accepted. Second one....not. Called tech support and amazingly got through. She had to check with supervisors etc and then admitted they had never transmitted it and would do so promptly. That was 8 a.m. this morning - still not transmitted. Also received an e-mail to send the log to ATX and they would fix the problem. No response from that action yet. Others sent since 2/16 have gone through ok - slowly - but ok.
