I filed his federal corporate extension but it looks like I forgot to file his Texas franchise tax extension. Federal Extension was accepted by IRS. do I have any defense for non filing of Texas Franchise tax extension or do I have to pay penalty in this case.Thanks for your help. Texas franchise tax extension...........Date it the same as, federal corporate extension................When you send completed, Texas franchise tax return in...........attach copy of-federal corporate extension, and Texas franchise tax extension.This may smooth it out, for we know, not all the mail gets to where it should go to..........
