Posted February 22, 2008 Report Share Posted February 22, 2008 This question is about people who do not have a tax liability, but earned more then $3,000, so they qualify for the $300 rebate. Will they also be eligible for the $300 per child credit or did you have to owe taxes and qualify for the $600 payment in order to also get the $300 per child amount?
