David S Posted May 21, 2007 Report Share Posted May 21, 2007 After getting an efile reject for a fiscal year (ending 6/30/06) 990, I tried to update all forms. After about 2 hours, I finally got a "download failed" message. Since then, ATX 2005 will open, but stops before forms load. To make matters worse, I'm traveling and do not have access to the original CD (could have it mailed to a future stop). Anyone have any suggetions? Ask for an interactive session with a tech, as they have the tools to fix almost any problem for you once they take over your computer.
