rfassett Posted March 2, 2017 Report Share Posted March 2, 2017 Probably not. Unless they and the backup were deleted for some reason. There are several scenarios that come to mind that would cause the returns to disappear. You have two problems: 1 - identifying why this is happening; 2 - fixing the problem. rfassett Posted March 2, 2017 Report Share Posted March 2, 2017 I have had it happen in the past and it was just about the straw that broke the camel's back for me to walk out in front of a semi truck going down the road out in front of my office Turns out, in my case, the directory target got changed. I do not know what they did to fix it but tech support logged into my system found the returns, told the software where to find them and that was the last issue like that that I have experienced.
