But when I try to rollover a return, I get the error: xxxxx could not be rolled due to communication error. I have a stand-alone installation. Sarypion Posted February 9, 2018 Author Report Share Posted February 9, 2018 Yup, I have no problem opening returns in 16. And I opened 16 and 17 admin console, all 5 items are "Started".
