TR_241 Posted March 8, 2023 Report Share Posted March 8, 2023 Can you file a 7004 extension for an LLC that wants to convert to S Corp and will file Form 2553 (late filing) with the return, and it still be considered a timely filed return OR do you have to file the tax return by the 3/15/23 deadline to be considered timely filed?
