lydia33 Posted January 23, 2009 Report Share Posted January 23, 2009 I have been on hold for over 30 minutes waiting to speak to a customer service person about a problem I am having writing my first RAL check. The number that came up on the banks page does not match the checks I received. I called the bank and they told me I would have to call ATX for them to reset my numbers.
