spstax Posted January 24, 2009 Report Share Posted January 24, 2009 Yesterday we got a slew of rejects from the State of NC. Seems that from NC-400TC has an incorrect calculation on lines 16-18. I scan the forms when we first started the returns this year but didn't review the TC schedule since the main part of the return was correct. Called Tech immediately and they were unaware of the problem and then they didn't know the NC reject codes.... that is go fustrating. They will not let you talk directly to the software support. For over an hour I was on the phone explaining what was happening with the software. The support person had me on one line and talking to software on the other..... As of last night the problem is still not fixed. I attempted to override the form and resent last night. Hope it works. Anyone else do NC? Check your returns they will reject.
