Booger Posted March 5, 2009 Report Share Posted March 5, 2009 What is the Form that an individual who is being paid as an independent contractor (who really should be paid as an employee) files with the IRS putting them on alert about this issue? I remember reading some posts on this board regarding the Form, but cannot remember the Form number.
