Denne Posted March 17, 2009 Report Share Posted March 17, 2009 I am so unfamiliar with this Timothy Plan. I have tried to find more information, but so far no luck. The client said she thinks....not sure...that it may be used as a reduction in income on the Michigan Income tax return. Their paperwork says on page 8 that contributions are not tax deductible. http://www.timothyplan.com/Annuities/frame...s-education.htm Michigan allows deductions for contributions to Section 529 Plans, but not ESA's.
