joelgilb Posted April 9, 2009 Report Share Posted April 9, 2009 Have a client that needs to file a West Virgina Non-Resident Return due to a partnership k1-. According to the WV website this is form IT-140 NR/PY. I do not see this form in the ATX list of forms. WV site suggests that there is a seperate IT-140 NR/PY but this is not correct they just like many States have a NR/PY form to attach to the return which I found.
