I have cut way back on my client base, however realize it is fun and educational to surf the board. I am currently into foreclosures and studying Publication 4681 and 544. I ordered the instructions on forms 1099A and 1099C. I promised myself that I am going to take the confusion out of this foreclosure process. Have a great Thanksgiving everyone.
