kcjenkins
I don't know what state you are in, but I do know that here in AR, the dealership first sells the car to the leasing company, the car is titled to the leasing company. then the lease is signed and the leasee then gets the keys. The leasing company holds the title, during the lease period. The dealership handing the keys over is acting FOR THE LEASING COMPANY,at that point. All 3 of my leased vehicles have had the leasing company's name on the vehicle registration and title. My name was nowhere to be found.
