I have no problem waiting another week to actualy efile the form but i need to start gathering the clients signatures [over 300 of them]. what do you think if i use the 2008 form and just change the year? this form does not go to the government but just stays in my file incase NY inspectors stop by. Even though it sounds mickey mouse and unprofessional i can get the clients to resign the correct form when i prepare there partnership returns.
