spstax Posted January 3, 2008 Report Share Posted January 3, 2008 Thanks to whoever founded this forum. I so missed the message board after ATX suddenly stopped it last year. I have been an ATX user since 01 when my prior software company closed. For the last few days I have been dealing with with Customer No Service at ATX. They told me know that they have shipped my package 3 times since last week....maybe it finally made it out today.... Wow, hope Customer Service gets better as the season starts up.
